![]() Everytime I am supposedly being transferred to an actual human, I am always position 6 in the queue at best, and it can take over 30 minutes to reach position 1, and whilst ensuring this tedious wait to actually speak to a person, if you dare to navigate away from the page or if your iPhone locks due to the inactivity, you have to start the whole process again. Firstly, the live chat is an absolute joke. Over the past few months, I have always enjoyed positive experiences with this organisation, until this week. ![]() All I say is fantastic and had the best birthday night ever. Anyone who says they are not helpful must be down to your arrogant approach. So before reporting on trust pilot negativity contact Mecca direct. ![]() Yes as above I’ve had issues but wow the service they’ve offered to rectify them is brilliant. There is no need to be rude raising any issues as they will always sort them out. What’s not to like? As long as you are genuine they will support you in any way. I get £20 on my birthday and a free meal. Honoured the bar voucher and gave me double for the second session and a discount for a next visit. However when I complained they were brilliant. ![]() And my electronic didn’t load so I lost all the first session. I go to Wrexham Mecca and had an issue with food ordering and another time not being able to use a voucher for alcohol yet it states Scotland only can’t be used. I schedule games rather than play them one after the other. I’ve had a few issues in club which have been rectified immediately. ![]()
